I was able to easily communicate with Mr. Richards as he returned my calls promptly and he was able to explain in detail every aspect of the roofing project from choice of products to roof prep/repair and process. The crew of 5 arrived as stated at 7am and began to tear the old shingles off the roof. As the morning progressed the team replaced and prepared any roof areas that required attention. Before noon, the team were applying shingles to various parts of the roof working in an upward motion. These skilled workers conducted themselves as true professionals and appeared to wield their craft extremely well. By 4pm the roof, as well as the cleanup, was thoroughly completed. At the end of the project, Mr. Richards flew his drone above the house and proudly presented the completed product. The shingled roof looked fabulous with all the required specs in place. The process was just as Mr. Richards had explained…a strait shooting approach.
