South Jersey Roofing Company: Reliable New Roof Installations, Replacements, and Repairs

”I will start by saying that I have never dealt with a better service provider than Guy Richards, Apex's owner. We are an eight-townhouse condo association, for which I was the primary contact with Apex. Our roof, consisting of both shingled and flat areas, needed to be replaced. The flat areas, in particular, were a problem with a lot of water puddling. This part of the roof needed to be pitched and TPO-ed. The association went through a two-month bid process, during which time Guy was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Once he received the contract, he continued to be in close daily contact as the work progressed, providing photos and videos of what was being done each day. It was clear to me that Guy and his crew were incredibly diligent and careful.

”The Apex crew is outstanding! I had never replaced a roof before and was concerned about having to do it on my mobile home. From estimate to final step in completion, they excelled at everything. Adrien showed me a video of a similar job which reassured me that they knew what they were doing and it was actually the deciding factor when I selected their estimate over the other two I got. The Apex crew arrived bright and early at 6:45 am and had removed my old roof and replaced it by 1:45 pm! I received updates with pictures as the work progressed. They kept their work site tidy throughout and left my yard and driveway even cleaner than when they started! I would award Apex a 6th star for this outstanding job!
