I was able to easily communicate with Mr. Richards as he returned my calls promptly and he was able to explain in detail every aspect of the roofing project from choice of products to roof prep/repair and process. The crew of 5 arrived as stated at 7am and began to tear the old shingles off the roof. As the morning progressed the team replaced and prepared any roof areas that required attention. Before noon, the team were applying shingles to various parts of the roof working in an upward motion.
