I called about a leak, Guy and his team came out the next day and did a very thorough inspection by actually getting on my roof and in my attic whereas other companies just looked from the ground. They made the whole process so easy. Answered and explained any and all questions. Very prompt , on time, his team was fantastic as was his project manager, Brighton who came to make sure the job was correct and up to standards. My house is only 15 years old but now looks brand new. I will definitely be using him for my gutters next. They work for you, not against you which is a lot nowadays. They aren't a company that just wants your money to replace a roof. They go above and beyond to ensure your home is safe and you are happy as a customer. Even made a video of my home and sent it to me to show me how beautiful my home now looks from start to finish. Thank you Apex, keep up the amazing quality of work!!

”I come from a background in construction. I was a drywall finisher by trade, so when it comes to roofing, I am totally out of my league. I have a rental home in Pleasantville but currently live in Missouri. I needed to replace the roof on the rental for insurance purposes, so I asked my property manager to recommend someone. She said Apex was her top choice, and now I know why. Guy Richards went to the house to give me a quote and called me WHILE ON THE ROOF to inform me there was storm/wind damage from Ian and that I should contact my insurance company. I did and told him they seemed to be balking about paying out. He said "let me handle it." He did the legwork to get a private insurance adjuster to work with the company's insurance adjuster to come to a settlement. It took about two weeks to finalize the payout. The same day it was approved, Guy called me to tell me the weather was going be good the next couple days. That was yesterday. I said "go for it" and this morning he text pics of him on the roof and drone pics started coming in. Here it is 4:30 ET and he's done. All I needed to do was some docusigns, pick a color and give the go. It came out awesome!
