”I will start by saying that I have never dealt with a better service provider than Guy Richards, Apex's owner. We are an eight-townhouse condo association, for which I was the primary contact with Apex. Our roof, consisting of both shingled and flat areas, needed to be replaced. The flat areas, in particular, were a problem with a lot of water puddling. This part of the roof needed to be pitched and TPO-ed. The association went through a two-month bid process, during which time Guy was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Once he received the contract, he continued to be in close daily contact as the work progressed, providing photos and videos of what was being done each day. It was clear to me that Guy and his crew were incredibly diligent and careful. They gave us a great-looking and fully sealed roof that shouldn't give us any leaking issues for many years. I would recommend Apex to anyone looking for a reliable roofer. Guy Richards will definitely give them a top-quality roof.
