Steve took his time discussing the condition of my original roof, and the quality of all the materials they would be using to replace it. Paul kept in contact with me coordinating the date & time of the roof replacement with the rainy weather and Kathy assisted me with all the documentation that was required of me by my HOA. As promised, Brighton and all of his crew were at my house by 6:30 am and got right to work. They were all very professional, respectful, and hard working. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up my property so well that when they were done, no one would have ever known they were there. I can’t say enough great things about Apex East Roofing. ”I can't say enough about this amazing company! I called about a leak. Guy and his team came out the next day and did a very thorough inspection by actually getting on my roof and in my attic whereas other companies just looked from the ground. They made the whole process so easy. Answered and explained any and all questions. Very prompt, on time, his team was fantastic as was his project manager, Brighton who came to make sure the job was correct and up to standards. My house is only 15 years old but now looks brand new. I will definitely be using him for my gutters next. They work for you, not against you which is a lot nowadays. They aren't a company that just wants your money to replace a roof. ”Wow! After having a standing seam metal roof on our previous home, I would not expect to be this happy with an asphalt shingle roof. Guy Richards and the various teams (roof, soffit/fascia, gutter) he has put together are outstanding. All experts in their respective crafts. We received top-quality care with consistent babying throughout the 3 day project consisting of roof, soffit, facia, and gutter work. We were treated with respect and the price was fair and transparent. We feel privileged to have had Apex East work on our home. Our home 1. looks better, 2. is waterproofed much better than before, and 3. has a breathable attic which will extend the new roof's useful life.
