”Wow! After having a standing seam metal roof on our previous home, I would not expect to be this happy with an asphalt shingle roof. Guy Richards and the various teams (roof, soffit/facia, gutter) he has put together are outstanding. All experts in their respective crafts. We received top quality care with consistent babying throughout the 3 day project consisting of roof, soffit, facia, and gutter work. We were treated with respect and the price was fair and transparent. We feel privileged to have had Apex East work on our home. Our home 1. looks better, 2. is waterproofed much better than before, and 3. has a breathable attic which will extend the new roof's useful life.
